Palm Coast's Premier Class "A" Building
The first of two recently approved projects located in the downtown urban core area of the Town Center at
Palm Coast , recently broke ground July 2008 with an estimated completion time of 10 - 12 months. This of course is the much anticipated City Centre’ project which, in addition to the Epic MovieTheater project, will bring life to the downtown area where so many Flagler County residents have been recently enjoying activities hosted by the City of Palm Coast as well as taking advantage of the magnificent park area surrounding Town Lake. Located just north of Central Avenue on City Place, the first phase of the City Centre’ project will begin to create the future skyline of downtown Palm Coast. This first building is a true Class “A”, three story building which will feature over 14,000 sf of street retail below two floors of professional office space. The third floor will be the future home of both Palm Coast Holdings (the Master Developer of Town Center) and the Law Offices of Chiumento & Guntharp, P.A.. The second floor will be occupied by a variety of professionals ranging from physicians to a web design firm. There are plans for the
first floor retail space to be occupied by a salon, cafe, mail & copy center, jewelry store, italian restaurant, etc.This has been a long time coming and I feel extremely honored to be part of our community’s future growth. A few years from now it will look like night and day as this downtown area continues to grow. In addition to this first building, City Centre’ also features a site overlooking Town Lake for a 6,000 sf restaurant and a second site for a smaller retail and office building just north and adjacent to this building. This together with the other surrounding projects planned for the downtown area is certain to put Town Center on the map as a great destination in northeast Florida.
